Aldea San-lam

We really liked our stay at Aldea San-Lam! Communication with Paco was very good, he always replied very quick. We really enjoyed the nice and clean place and the looks of everything. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 5 nights. For us there was only one small 'dislike' and that was that there was no cleaning during our stay. That being said, when I asked Paco for clean towels, extra toilet paper and new bags for our trash, all was arranged in 5 minutes. Paco gave us a lot of information and tips and we made use of most of them! We rented bikes, went for a massage (highly recommend!), rented a scooter, had our laundry done and we made use of taxis (Carlos took good care of us and asks a very reasonable price) It is a bit of a walk to the center but not too far. 2 nights we ate at Palma Central (10 - 15 minute walk), also totally recommended! We would definately stay again

Very nice apartment that has absolutely everything you need. The kitchen had all the necessary basic equipment. The room was spacious and inviting, the pool refreshing and the setting beautiful. The garden had grown beautifully and offered a nice seating area. Although we had a room downstairs by the pool, we were not disturbed by other guests and slept nicely. Communication with the facility prior to arrival was quick, efficient and there was no problem arranging anything - for example, bike hire at a reasonable price. The location is a little out of the centre but we certainly had no problem walking about 20 minutes. I would definitely return again.

Paco really went out of his way to give us such a Quality experience during our stay. not only were the rooms gorgeous, but Paco made sure to give us a list of contacts for everything from taxis to food delivery services and even laundry services. And since he has bikes available to use it made getting around downtown a little easier. This was such a wonderful place and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Tulum!

Great place for a good price. Rental car is recommended to come here. Room is spacious and very clean with kitchenette and big fridge. The communal garden area is really nice with small swimming pool. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Owner Paco is very helpful.

Nice and charming Hotel with an attentive and communicative host. Clean pool. Rooms with enough space to hang out and private kitchen. Bed was comfortable but a bit short for taller persons (>1.90m). Area is like 20 min walk away from the Center and there are not so much Restaurants or Bars nearby, we recommand renting a car, scooter or bike. Paco the host will provide all necessary Information for your stay.

This place is fantastic! Paco was there to received us and made sure we felt safe and welcomed. Our apartment was very confortable, private, and super clean. Aldea SanLam is the best bang for your buck. Located about 5-8 minutes from downtown Tulum and a 20-25 minute bike ride to the beach! By the way they let you use their bikes (first come first serve). We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Great quality for the price you pay! The garden is very nice to relax, the host is super kind and there are bikes to rent in the hotel for 100 pesos per bike (which is very cheap for Tulum). 100% recommend this place!

Wonderful apartment complex with a pool and lots of green as well as wood. The staff is available for questions any time of the day and extremely helpful with plenty of tips to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Lots of nice, little restaurants and breakfast places nearby but you need a car or scooter to get around.
